A couple other factors to consider when looking for a
photographer is the cost. Many charge for the photography and
also for each print. They usually add a creative fee to the
print that can make them quite costly. This is something you
need to ask about upfront. Of course this allows the
photographer to control the quality which is usually worth the
extra cost. Many consumer printers do no take care of their
equipment and the end product may look nothing like it
should.
Always consider the use rights of the images. Quite a few
photographers allow only limited use of the photos. They may
want extra fees for web use or print use. Others limit use to
one year and require extra payments if you want to use them
past that time period. Always define the use rights and try to
get unlimited rights so all of your cost are taken care of at
the time of the photo shoot.
